Sugarmill is not just one of Denver’s top dessert spots; it is also an amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner spot that has savory menu items with local, fresh ingredients.  Sugarmill is located in the Ballpark neighborhood in a small, quaint space next to Los Chingones.  The kitchen is right in the middle of the restaurant, so you can watch the chefs cook while you wait for your food.

Sugarmill opened in late 2013 and was the production of restauranteur-chef Troy Guard who also opened TAG, TAG Raw Bar and TAG Burger Bar.  Sugarmill has become a new favorite for many in Denver, and you can enjoy Sugarmill until August 29th for Denver Restaurant Week.  Sugarmill offers a dessert only and a more traditional 3 course option for restaurant week.

Sugarmill’s menu changes seasonally with ingredients that are fresh.  For the summer menu, must try items include the Colorado palisade peach shortcake, noahsphere (a chocolate dessert with flourless chocolate cake, marshmallow creme topped with hot caramel sauce), blueberry upside down cake with fresh blueberries, burrata toast with arugula and aged balsamic, pork loin chop and the fig and greens salad.
