Once you have a slice at Kaos Pizza, other pizzas just won’t make the cut.  Owner Patrick Mangold-White has perfected the simplicity of Neapolitan pie.  Kaos only uses the baby-powder-fine Caputo flour for their dough, famed San Marzano tomatoes, known for their sweetness in sauce, and creamy Fiore di latte mozzarella. And for good measure, they have imported a five-ton wood fire oven from Italy.  With these optimum components a basic Margherita pie is heaven, as is any pizza ordered.  Kaos is earth-aware and sources locally.  Many of their ingredients are grown in the garden of their sister restaurant, Gaia, just down the street.  All other ingredients are local and organic.  With a spectacular summer patio and a happy hour on Saturdays from 1pm-6pm, it’s an ideal way to spend a relaxed weekend afternoon.
