Where to Eat this Weekend: Argyll

Summer is here!  For many Denverites, that means beers and patios.  Gastro pub Argyll is a prime spot for both, and they just happen to have amazing food too.  Famous for Scotch Eggs, which are rarely seen on this side of the pond, they also serve lamb beef burgers, and a brunch menu sure to cure any hangover with a food buzz from the house-cured corned beef hash and bloody Mary to match.  Executive Chef Sergio Romero has elevated the gastro pub experience in Denver, making Argyll worth a mention as one of the city’s best restaurants.  Though situated in Cherry Creek North, Argyll’s tone is laid back and easy.  The summer menu features a Tabasco-braised short rib, worth a repeat order, Scottish salmon, and chilled crab salad.  The patio is always glowing with joyful guests, full pints, and pleased palates.
